School Board Vice Chair Dr. Dorothy Bendross-Mindingall (D-2) congratulates all of our amazing students who competed at the District 2 Back To School and Talent Contest Celebration. It was a wonderful showcase of the enormous talent we have in our community. Thanks to the Circle of Brotherhood for auditioning our students and hosting the 2nd Annual event at Charles R.
